Common Questions

Contact & Consultation FAQs

A few quick answers before you get in touch. If you can't find what you need, just send us a message using the form above.

We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day of you sending your message.

It depends on the service. Garden maintenance starts with a free garden assessment. Landscaping projects start with a £50 consultation (including VAT): Adam visits, brings material samples and sends you an itemised quote, and the £50 is deducted from your project if it goes ahead. Commercial projects start with a free consultation with Adam. Tell us what you're interested in using the form and we'll explain what happens next.

We cover Worcester, Malvern, Droitwich, Pershore, Evesham, Inkberrow, Broadway, Upton upon Severn and the villages in between. For larger landscaping projects we can travel up to 20 to 25 miles, and for garden maintenance we stay a little closer to home. If you're not sure whether we reach you, just ask.

Every garden is different, so we'll recommend the right package at your free garden assessment and confirm your monthly price before anything starts. There's no hourly rate, so you always know what you'll pay, and there's no minimum term or contract.

Every garden is different, so rather than guess, we price each project individually. Adam visits for a £50 consultation and you receive a clear, itemised quote, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. The £50 is deducted from the project cost if you go ahead.

For garden maintenance, the smallest job we take on is the equivalent of our Bronze package, with regular fortnightly visits. For landscaping, we take on projects of around a day or two's work and upwards. If you're not sure whether your job fits, just ask.

We always like to see your garden in person, because levels, access and drainage make a real difference to the work. You're very welcome to send photos with your enquiry to show us what you have in mind, and we'll arrange a visit.

Our typical lead time for landscaping is three to five months, so it's worth getting in touch as soon as you start thinking about a project. For garden maintenance, get in touch and we'll let you know our current availability.

No, as long as we can get into the garden. We'll email you the Friday before to let you know when your visit is, and your gardeners follow the same checklist whether you're home or not.

Yes. Waste removal is included in our maintenance packages and landscaping quotes. Any remedial or clearance work is costed separately on your quote.

Let us know roughly what you need (a one-off job, ongoing maintenance or a landscaping project), your postcode or area, and any details or photos that help us understand your garden.

Yes, we offer both. Many of our customers start with a one-off tidy-up or project and move on to a regular maintenance package once they've seen our work.

Still have a question? Send us a message using the form above, or email enquiries@springforward-landscaping.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

How It Works

From first conversation to finished garden

Every landscaping project starts with a paid consultation. Adam visits your property, listens to what you want to achieve, brings material samples, and leaves you with an itemised quote. No pressure, no guesswork.

1

Book your landscaping consultation

Send us a message via our contact form (or email us directly) and we'll arrange a convenient time for Adam to visit your property for up to an hour to discuss your project.

2

On-site consultation with material samples

Adam visits, talks through your ideas, assesses the site, and brings material samples so you can see and feel the options. Honest advice, no sales pressure.

3

Itemised quote provided

We produce a detailed, itemised quote so you can see exactly what you are getting and what it costs. No hidden extras, no vague estimates.

4

Project goes ahead

Once you are happy with the quote, we schedule your project. The £50 consultation fee is deducted from your final invoice. Our qualified team gets to work.
